Verification of Coverage
Before your first appointment, please provide your BCBS insurance information. You can call us at 612-807-5292 or email awakenspamassage@gmail.com for verification.
Initial Consultation
During your first visit, we’ll discuss your health history and specific areas of focus, allowing for a personalized experience.
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your consultation, we will create a tailored treatment plan aimed at facilitating your healing process. Adjustments can be made as needed throughout your sessions.
Insurance Billing
After each session, we will submit a claim to BCBS on your behalf. Coverage may vary based on your plan.
Co-Payment and Deductibles
Please be prepared to pay any applicable co-payment or deductible at the time of service. Check your policy for details.
Claims Processing
Claims are typically processed within a few weeks. You will receive an explanation of benefits (EOB) detailing what was covered.
